Help Desk Technician

Description: SafeRack (a subsidiary of Six Axis, LLC) is an American company that manufactures industrial safety products for truck, railcar and industrial loading applications.
Its products include access gangways, fall protection systems, loading arms, safety cages and loading rack products.
Saferack is hiring two help desk technicians to join their current team on a 6month contract to hire opportunity.
The help desk team is the first level of support for their 300 end users.
The help desk team assists with issues ranging from troubleshooting O365, phone support/set-up, workstation set-up, setting up user accounts, MFA (multi-factor authentication), etc.
There are about 100-125 tickets per person per month (not including walk-in tickets).
The ideal candidate will have experience with web-based ticketing systems like Genuity and remote access tools like ConnectWise.
Preferred certifications include A and Network, Cisco certifications are a plus.
They are open to bringing on a junior systems admin in place of the second help desk person (preferred cert: CompTIA).

Conversion based on level of experience: $49,920 - $65,000 (will only go this high if they bring quite a bit of experience in the systems admin space).
