About The Position A hospital based, cancer center, is seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist for locum tenens coverage. While in the water city of Grand Rapids, Michigan, take some time to unwind on a hike or a boat ride. The food ranges from farm-to-table eateries to wine bars! The clinic operates from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a call ratio of 1:5. Coverage is required for adult and geriatric patients, with the practice divided equally between hematology and oncology. On average, there are 10-15 outpatient visits and 15 hospital patients per day. The clinical focus is outpatient oncology, and the facility is designated as a Level 2 Trauma center. Documentation is managed using the Epic EMR system.
