Your Practice Comprehensive cancer care program including an active research program, opportunities to be PI or sub-PI of clinical trialsDedicated tumor board meetings for multiple cancer types (GI/GU, liver cancer, breast, lung, neuro-oncology, hematologic malignancies)Cutting edge technology and diagnostics with onsite PET scan offering PSMA PET, FES PET, and all the conventional PET/CT scansClose working relationship with university and academic centersBuilt in Primary Care referral bases with multiple referral sources from the communityTeam care coordinator and scheduler, as well as robust financial authorization departmentFull infusion service including conventional chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapyYou'll earn: $40,000 starting bonusCompetitive base salary + robust incentives, productivity-based salary after first year4 weeks+ vacation, 1 week CME with generous stipend, malpractice and insurance coverage, complete benefits packageEncouraged work-life balanceRequired Qualifications: Unrestricted Washington Physician (MD/DO) License or ability to obtain prior to employmentSuccessful completion of Residency/Fellowship at an accredited program or ability to obtain prior to employmentBoard Certified or Board Eligible for medical oncology or hematology and oncologyWashington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $367,611 to $610,124. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
