We, Global Life Science Hub, are partnering with a leading global biopharmaceutical company specializing in advanced biosciences to recruit a skilled High Pressure Boiler Operator for their New Jersey site. This rapidly growing facility is a critical part of the company's U.S. operations, driving innovation and excellence in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
Role Overview:As a High Pressure Boiler Operator, you'll be essential to ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of high-pressure boiler systems within the New Jersey facility. This role demands expertise in system maintenance, regulatory compliance, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting to support smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor high-pressure boiler systems and auxiliary equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and adjustments to optimize boiler function and reduce downtime. Rapidly identify and resolve issues to support uninterrupted production, documenting actions and reporting to engineering teams as needed. Adhere to industry regulations and company safety protocols, contributing to a safe and compliant work environment. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to meet facility demands and proactively address potential operational challenges. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience as a High Pressure Boiler Operator, ideally within a pharmaceutical or biomanufacturing environment. Strong technical knowledge of high-pressure boiler systems and related safety protocols. A strong focus on regulatory compliance, with a detail-oriented and safety-first approach to operations. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
