- A well-known , exceptional place, and a higher education institution based in Cambridge, MA is currently in need of an efficient Administrative Assistant to join their growing team

- Your responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents

- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc

Administrative Assistant Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree required

- 1+ years of administrative experience

- Strong written and verbal communications in various communication styles (phone, mails, etc)
