Job Summary: The Luxury Service Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional service to high-end clientele, ensuring their luxury needs and preferences are met with utmost professionalism. This role involves managing a team of technicians, coordinating their schedules, and maintaining high standards of service quality. The consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and requests promptly and efficiently. This position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Check in customers Cash out customers Answer phone calls Make phone calls Advise customer of work and timelines needed for repairs Education and Experience: Understanding and basic knowledge of automotive vehicles
