In support of our swift expansion and ongoing commitment to distinguish our patient experience, we are seeking to hire a part-time Histotechnologist/Histotech.
The ideal candidate will cover all aspects of histotechnology/accessioning.


Primary duties and responsibilities include: Accessioning and data entry Tissue processing Grossing (if person meets CLIA and CAP requirements) Microtomy Embedding Staining including special stains Labeling and Filing Equipment Maintenance and completion of logs Troubleshooting and problem solving Must be able to work independently Must be reliable Other duties as required by supervisor What we are looking for:BS or Associates as required by CAP ASCP HT or HTL Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening Must be authorized to work in the United States What we offer:A professional work environment offers opportunities for learning and skill enhancement Benefits that start at the 1st of the month after hire date Available M-F shifts, no weekends Paid holidays A generous PTO package Competitive pay rates
