Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Specialist at our boutique development & investment company. As our All-Star Closer, you'll bring enthusiasm and problem-solving skills to every interaction, helping us seal the deal with prospective clients. We're looking for someone who's self-motivated, thrives with autonomy, and has a knack for hitting sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Drive core KPIs weekly, including 150 calls, 10 offers, and 6 hours of talk time, while responding to and following up with leads promptly.
- Develop and maintain an active pipeline of business through effective prospecting and lead management.
- Provide constructive feedback on marketing strategies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets by leveraging your problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Keep clients informed about the latest developments and set follow-up appointments as needed.
- Create compelling sales materials and presentations to engage potential customers effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in sales, whether in insurance, SaaS, real estate, or similar fields, is essential.
- Proficiency with technology tools like CRM systems, Google Docs, and spreadsheets is required.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and demonstrate strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Motivated by ambitious goals and possesses a keen attention to detail and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to feedback and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.

Pay and Hours:
- This is a full-time, sales-based position with office hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm CST.
- Occasional flexibility may be required for appointments on weekends or evenings.
- Compensation includes a base runway salary of $2,000 per month for the first 5 months, with potential commission exceeding $100,000 annually.
