Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Leading and Implementing Company Mission, Values and Goals. Leading all aspects of customer and employee satisfaction Developing and Maintaining Community Relationships with Outside referral sources and community partners. Managing and driving Inside Sales/Company Growth: Prospects to New Clients Leadership and management of our prospect pipeline/system. Completing Assessments and Quality Assurance Visits Management of Client Onboarding and Care Coordination Coordinate and Manage Client Satisfaction Audits Management of the Caregiver recruiting and hiring process. Oversee and assist with the onboarding process, including employee orientation, training, and retention strategies. Required knowledge of the scheduling process and system and assist the scheduling team as needed. Required to development a complete understanding of payroll, invoicing and employee benefits program. Provide Marketing Support to Administrative Team Overall Management of Office On-Call responsibilities. Including nights and weekends. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Education and Experience in management, human development, nursing or other related field. Required understanding of the Senior Health Care industry Required understanding of the Aging process and related challenges Strong Leadership, organizational skills, crisis management and time management skills Commitment to Customer Service Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems Outstanding Communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize Problem solving, problem prevention, and issue resolution skills Commitment to our vision, mission, goals, and team-oriented approach Personable, friendly, upbeat, and positive attitude Experience working in the home care or health care industry a plus.
