Responsibilities: Evaluates the safety of the delivery of care in the home environment in adherence to all applicable laws, regulations and policiesProvides care in compliance with the assigned care plan and RN delegationRecognizes changes in the patient's condition and communicates with the RN supervisorProvides total or assisted personal care, assistance with meals, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, and companion servicesPractices safety and universal precautions, infection control and uses appropriate protective equipment to protect patients and selfAttends/ completes all assigned in-services and trainingsPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications: High school diploma or equivalentAt least 18 years of ageCurrent CPR in compliance with the American Heart Association standardsCurrent CNA licensure in the State of Texas Must have 1 to 2 yrs. of Homecare experienceWho We are at NurseCore NurseCore is more than an agency, we're a family.
