Responsibilities: As an LPN with Faithful Nursing,
you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our
clients. Your responsibilities will include: 1-on-1? skilled care to patients in their own homes based on the care plan developed between the patient, agency, and PCP. Experience: To excel in this role,
candidates should have at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in the
field of home health. 1 year experience with Hoyer lift, trach, and ventilator
preferred. ? Requirements: To be considered for this
position, candidates must have the following: LPN License2 Forms of I.D
