*New York Home Care* is looking for a dynamic *Physical Therapist *for our Home based Pediatric patients. *This position pays a $135,0000 starting salary and offers a competitive benefits package including Medical and Dental insurance, 401k Plan after 3 months of employment, 27 Paid Time Off Days and 9 Paid Holidays and 1 Paid Birthday day-off. *Fee For Service is available at $100.00 rate per 30-minute session for Independent Contractors. Case coverage on Weekends is currently available upon family approval.*Physical Therapist Job Description*The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, planning, implementation, treatment and documentation of patient status for home care patients.
