Key Responsibilities: Support the hiring process by verifying document compliance and conducting New Hire Skills Tests and Hands-On Assessments.Lead New Hire Orientation and ensure all employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.Flexibility to travel occasionally within the field to conduct supervisions, retrain, and orient field staff when needed (gas and mileage reimbursement provided).Assist with the development and administration of training and orientation policies and procedures.Coordinate in-service training and maintain documentation to ensure CAHC compliance.Perform Nursing Supervisor duties as needed, providing leadership and guidance to staff.Ensure the consistent application of universal precautions, aseptic techniques, and infection control guidelines.Demonstrate the ability to manage stressful situations effectively, maintaining professionalism and clear communication at all times.Uphold confidentiality for all employee and client records.Maintain productivity while managing time effectively and utilizing resources efficiently.Consistently demonstrate professionalism in appearance, communication, and work performance.Qualifications & Requirements: Active RN license in good standing in the state of New Jersey.In lieu of a BS degree, 3 years of professional RN experience in community health and/or home health, with progressive responsibilities.Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff and clients.Ability to perform physical tasks that may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Ability to work well under pressure and manage stress effectively.Professionalism in all aspects of the role.If you are a skilled RN with a passion for training and development, we want to hear from you!
