Peregrine Team is Urgently Hiring Home Health/Hospice RN for a prominent Healthcare Organization in Newport Beach, CA ***Compensation: $60-65/Hr. + Overtime Optional + Top Healthcare Benefits in the Field + Mileage Expense.
Job Duties: Provide direct patient care following the Nurse Practice Act in the Home Health and/or Hospice environmentCollaborate with other disciplines on the case to ensure and deliver safe, timely, and appropriate quality patient careCreate Plan of Care upon initial patient assessment and report to Care TeamProvide medication management that includes IV Infusions, nursing interventions, pain management, specimen collection, teaching, and discharging upon completion of a plan of careCommunicate and consult with Primary Care Physician as neededPerform other duties as assignedQualifications: 2 years of Acute Care OR Home Health/Hospice ExperienceMonday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PMCA RN License Email your resume to apply@PeregrineTeam.com ASAP or apply here for consideration.
