Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care for a young woman with a gastronomy tube (G-tube) who communicates primarily through a computer device.

Job Requirements Valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of New Hampshire
One year of working experience in the field within the last five years
Home care experience preferred
Trach & Vent experience preferred
Current CPR Certification Required
