We are looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse for a Hospice RN position in the home health setting. The RN Case Manager will have a caseload of palliative and hospice patients and will serve as the clinical liaison for hospice at a neighboring Medical Center. This position offers a lot of flexibility, as the nurse schedules directly with their own patients, therefore you get to decide when you start and end your day to a large degree, and you can schedule your patients around your own life appointments and events. The pay and benefits are generous for this Hospice Registered Nurse Position. The Registered Nurse must have some Hospice experience. These hospice visits are done in the home setting. Because the Registered Nurse will manage the cases of their hospice patients in the home setting, the position is titled Hospice Case Manager.
