We are searching for a Registered Nurse Regional Manager for specialty home infusion patient care. Under the leadership of the Regional Director of Nursing, this position is responsible for acting as the Regional Manager of nursing and patient care services in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area. The Regional manager should possess strong organizational skills, leadership ability, as well as advanced specialty infusion skills and clinical nursing knowledge. This includes good judgement, supervision skills, and team building. The Regional Manager will maintain sufficient, qualified staff, ensuring patient issues are promptly and correctly addressed, and supervising any unforeseen occurrences that may arise. The Regional Manager, as permitted by state licensure regulations, will also provide direct patient care to infusion patients and is responsible for assessing actual and potential patient problems. The Regional Manager will participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and quality of care.
In this full-time salaried role, you will manage and direct nurses throughout the state of Georgia, and surrounding areas with occasional travel of up to 150-200 miles one way.

Minimum Requirements: Registered Nurse with current license in GA and the ability to be licensed in other states. Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas. Minimum of three years nursing experience; Specialty infusion experience is highly recommended. Have and maintain current CPR certification. Possess a valid and current driver's license and auto insurance. Have advanced experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track patient care activity, quality and performance outcomes. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Registered Nursing degree. Prefer advanced education such as master's level education.
