Our client is a leading national home loan lender and is currently seeking a Home Loan Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona.
Salary: $22-24/hr W2

Responsibilities:The Home Loan Specialist is a role supporting various Channels. As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.
Perform routine data entry and validation tasksInitiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)Review and validate loan documentsHandle routine calls, emails and/or chat responsesMonitor work queues and intervene as neededPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and valuesQualifications:Associate's degree or equivalent work experienceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeMortgage industry experience requiredGeneral understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
