Job Title: Home Therapies Registered Nurse (RN)

Compensation: Base Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 based on experiencePatient Training Bonus: $750 per new patient trainedBonus Potential: $4,500 – $30,000 annually Vehicle Stipend or Company Tesla/similar vehicle (in qualified situations) Company Overview Premier Home Dialysis Services is revolutionizing the way dialysis care is delivered. Job Summary As a Home Therapies Registered Nurse with Premier Home Dialysis Services, you'll play a pivotal role in improving the lives of our patients. You'll provide exceptional care while training and educating patients and their care partners on in-home dialysis modalities. Key Responsibilities Training and Education: Provide comprehensive training to patients and care partners on in-home dialysis therapies, focusing on safe practices and promoting their independence.Clinical Care: Manage the ongoing care of home dialysis patients, including regular assessments, treatment plan development and modifications, and coordination with physicians and other healthcare providers.Quality Assurance: Adhere to established clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety.Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records, documenting all treatment, education, and communication.Travel: Be prepared to travel to patients' homes within your assigned region. Ideal Candidate Profile Registered Nurse: Possess a current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.Dialysis Experience: Prior dialysis experience is highly preferred, but we are committed to your development - even if you have no experience in the field!Passion for Patient-Centered Care: We are strongly committed to delivering compassionate, quality care in the comfort of patients' homes.Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning and utilizing essential home dialysis equipment and technology.Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.Problem Solver: Possess analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address clinical challenges.Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing patient needs.
