Job Summary As a Home Therapies Registered Nurse with Premier Home Dialysis Services, you'll play a pivotal role in improving the lives of our patients. You'll provide exceptional care while training and educating patients and their care partners on in-home dialysis modalities. Key Responsibilities Training and Education: Provide comprehensive training to patients and care partners on in-home dialysis therapies, focusing on safe practices and promoting their independence.Clinical Care: Manage the ongoing care of home dialysis patients, including regular assessments, treatment plan development and modifications, and coordination with physicians and other healthcare providers.Quality Assurance: Adhere to established clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety.Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records, documenting all treatment, education, and communication.Travel: Be prepared to travel to patients' homes within your assigned region.
