This person will also have the opportunity to perform various clinical lab tests to obtain data for future use in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Communication is essential in order to refer unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel and in assisting and orienting co-workers and other personnel in the lab policies and procedures.
