The Hospitalist will manage acute inpatient care in a 25-bed hospital, including ICU oversight, procedures, and collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

Qualifications:Qualifications (Minimum and Preferred):
- Years of Experience: Relevant hospitalist experience preferred.
- Specialized Experience: Proficiency in procedures such as thoracentesis, paracentesis, central lines, and ventilator management.
- Prior Duties: Inpatient care, including ICU management.
- Education: Board-certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Licenses: Eligible for a North Dakota Medical License and DEA without restrictions.
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS preferred.
- Personality Factors: Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Systems Used: Meditech EHR.
- Ideal Candidate Features: Experienced in hospitalist roles, including procedural expertise.
