Completion of ACGME Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Board Certified or Board Eligible if less than 3 years removed from Residency

As a Physician - Hospitalist, you will be an integral part of our hospital's medical team, responsible for the comprehensive care and management of patients during their hospital stay.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and recovery of our patients.


What you will do: Providing high-quality, evidence-based medical care to patients admitted to the hospital, including initial assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and support staff, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Monitoring and managing the medical conditions of inpatients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Performing procedures and interventions as required, such as central line placement, intubation, and lumbar punctures.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, orders, and discharge summaries.
Communicating effectively with patients and their families, providing information about diagnoses, treatment options, and expectations for recovery.
Participating in daily patient rounds, case conferences, and multidisciplinary team meetings to review and coordinate patient care.
Staying current with medical knowledge, research, and best practices through continuous professional development and education.
