The position requires ICU management skills, with transplant and surgical experience preferred but not required. The schedule consists of four 10-hour days. The facility has 660 beds, with patient volumes ranging from 2 to 5. Additional staff includes physicians, residents, and APPs. The hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center.
