Position Highlights: We welcome the challenge of complex cases, working in an open ICU with intensivist coverage during the day and on call at night (our team is not expected to do procedures, but we do run codes).For those who like to teach, we work with medical students and have a small FP residency at the hospital affiliated with Baylor.We usually meet monthly for team meetings and have daily huddles with the team.Most of us like to spend time with our families or outdoors.We work a traditional seven on/off schedule, but we cover for each other when we are out.The yearly compensation is very competitive; you can earn $300,000+ as a clinician.
