THE ROLEOur hospitality team is the face of Mint House serving a frictionless experience to our guests. As a Hospitality Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay. You will support the Market Lead by welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage, and ensuring that our guests love their stay at Mint House. AT MINT HOUSE YOU WILLRespond promptly and warmly to guest requests, issues, and inquiries in real-time to ensure a seamless and delightful experience.Ensure all guest areas and apartments are well-maintained by inspecting and restocking necessities, verifying the cleanliness and proper functioning of appliances, and performing basic housekeeping duties when needed.Master our software systems to assist guests with their stay, manage reservations, and communicate effectively with the team.Act as a resource in the field, troubleshooting guest issues and promptly reporting any maintenance concerns during their stay.Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by the manager.WE ARE LOOKING FORA minimum of 2 years of experience working in hospitality operations or customer-facing environment, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional guest service.Willingness to work a flexible schedule to assist with staffing coverage in case of call-outs and openness to working evenings and weekends.Strong multitasking and organizational skills with significant attention to detail to ensure a seamless guest experience.Understanding the importance of creating a meaningful experience and bringing that spirit to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction.Embody Mint House's core values of being gritty, adaptable, and stress-tolerant, contributing to a positive and resilient work environment.Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Confidence to take charge and effectively problem solve when needed to address guest needs and concerns.Comfortable with tech-forward thinking and the use of mobile applications and business systems to enhance guest experiences.Energy and dedication.
