We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hospitality Associate to join our team. This part-time role primarily involves afternoon and early evening hours, with flexibility in the schedule required to include weekend days as needed. Primary Job ResponsibilitiesKitchen and Dining Support: Serve meals to guests during dining hours.Help set up and break down dining areas for meals and events.Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas.Perform light housekeeping duties in guest rooms and common areas.Ensure that facilities are clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to appropriate staff.Guest Support: Welcome and assist guests during check-in and throughout their stay.Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.Provide information about retreat center facilities, activities, and local attractions.Assist with luggage and escort guests to their rooms when needed.QualificationsMust be a current student in good academic standing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexible schedule with availability for afternoon and early evening hours, including weekends as needed.Basic computer skills.Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.Valuable experience in hospitality and customer service.Peaceful work environment conducive to personal and professional growth.
