• Oversight of F&B portfolio• Manage 3rd party management of hotel portfolio• Schedule Department Managers• Provide support and coaching to on-site managers• Develop and manage budgets• Analyze financial reports• Visit each business unit regularly• Collaborate with BOH Managers and Owners for specials• Maintain awareness of F&B trends• Develop and implement promotional strategies• Assist with concept development
Requirements
• BS degree in Business Administration or related field• Previous experience managing multiple business concepts• Enthusiasm for the restaurant/hospitality industry• Acute financial management skills• Familiarity with restaurant management software• Strong leadership and people skills
