Hospitality Director

We are hiring a taproom manager who is passionate about craft beer, leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and managing special events. We strive to provide an open and friendly taproom that serves our community each day.
Responsibilities: Ensure excellent customer service is provided and always maintained in taproom.Manage day-to-day taproom operations; ensuring taproom team has adequate support and tools to perform their duties, using SOPs to ensure work is completed on time and to service level standards.Lead in management of beertender team including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.Provide exceptional communication to the front of house team.Ensure a safe and secure environment.Act as key liaison for all special events and event planning (ability to take events from conception to execution).Schedule monthly food vendors, music, and other key community relationships.Manage taproom inventory.Provide regular upkeep, cleaning, and maintenance in the taproom.Update best practices and SOPs as needed.Maintain proactive and dynamic line of communication between front of house and leadership team.Holler for Houston.
