Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Project Manage who is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of new construction and renovation projects within the hospitality industry. This position requires a strong background in project management, construction, and a deep understanding of the specific requirements and standards within the hospitality sector. The project manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, interior designers, and hotel management teams, to ensure the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and in adherence to quality standards. Core Job Responsibilities & Duties Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocationDefine project objectives and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure successProvide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycleConduct regular meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and make necessary adjustmentsDevelop and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, forecasts, and financial reportingMonitor project expenses, track costs, and implement strategies to optimize budget allocationIdentify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and standardsReview and approve invoices, change orders, and payment requestsEnsure projects adhere to local building codes, regulations, and safety standardsConduct regular inspections and quality control checks to verify workmanship and complianceImplement quality assurance procedures and address any deficiencies or deviation promptlyCollaborate with relevant authorities and obtain necessary permits and certificationsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel management teams, owners, and investorsCommunicate project process, milestones, and risks to stakeholders effectivelyAddress concerns, inquiries, and feedback from stakeholders in a timely and professional mannerManage expectations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecyclePrepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and reportsGenerate regular progress reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholdersDocument project milestones, lessons learned, and best practices for future referenceMaintain an organized and comprehensive project file systemPerform any other duties as assigned by Executive team & OwnershipQualification Standards & Company Requirements Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred)Proven experience in project management within the hospitality industry requiredStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes Excellent leadership and team management skillsExceptional organizational and time management abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management software and toolsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAttention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality resultsUnderstanding of sustainability practices, and their application in construction projectsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment Must have a flexible work schedule*Please note that specific job requirements and responsibilities may vary depending on the company's policies, size, and other factors*
