Host/Greeter Job Description:

Host/Greeter responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining & bar areas.
For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.
You should also be available to work in shifts.
Ultimately, you'll ensure we provide excellent customer service & a pleasant dining experience to our guests.
Responsibilities of a Host/Greeter: Manage reservations via walk-ins & telephone conversationsWelcome guests to the restaurantProvide accurate wait times & monitor waiting listsEscort customers to assigned dining or bar areaProvide menus & announce Waiter/Waitress's nameGreet customers upon their departureHost/Greeter Requirements: Texas Food Handler's Course requiredUnderstanding of restaurant etiquetteFamiliarity with health & safety regulationsExperience in managing reservationsDemonstrable customer-service skillsExcellent communication skills via phone & in-personStrong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar areaAvailability to work in shifts as neededGood physical condition to walk & stand during an entire shiftHost/Greeter Opportunities: We quickly identify the best host/greeters & move them to server or to-go position.
