Essential Job Functions: Consistently following established sequence of service to provide the highest level of service to our guestsBuilding and establishing a personal clientele through guest interaction, name/face recognitionAnticipating guests needs and responding appropriatelyGreeting guests with eye contact, a smile, and a sincere welcome as soon as they enter the restaurantName usage whenever possible is keyPolite communication with guests regarding any delays or changes in their table or reservationSincere farewell with a smilePerforming all opening and closing duties daily, as assigned per shiftMaintaining cleanliness of host area and entrances to insure a positive first impressionWorking as a team to insure the highest level of guest satisfactionFollowing all policies and procedures set forth by the companyFollowing all health and safety regulationsCommunicating effectively with management and team members alikeMaintaining the highest level of professionalism with both guests and team membersUtilizing OpenTable for reservations and walk ins to obtain guest infoSeating guests in a polite and efficient manner at a reasonable pace for serviceAssisting servers/bartenders/server assistants when possible to keep the flow of the dining room movingResponsible to comply with all managers and direct supervisor requests EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Preferred: Bi-lingual a plus CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
