What to Expect
Consistent delivery of an approachable refined hospitality experienceWilling to have a flexible schedule Always attentive to guests and teamArrange tables and seating plan for the night based on expected reservationsAnswer phone calls and messaging sent to the restaurantEnsure arrivals area is clean, stocked with supplies needed and organized at all timesWelcome our guests upon arrival and thank them when departingApproaches guests and collects information needed to assist with seat and bar arrangementsCheck in guests with reservation and confirm any applicable notationsOrganizing nightly dining reservations, private parties and any guest's special occasionMaintains knowledge of the restaurant layout and table numbers, seating the room evenly per operational needs and member requestsAccommodate walk in guestsWorks with a sense of urgency to anticipate guests and team members needs when the opportunity arisesCommunicates with management, and service staff immediately to rectify any and all guest needs and requestsWalk guests to table and be available to answer any immediate questionsEnsure all notes, allergies mentions and requests are communicated to serverShare your thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu in order to answer all questions from guests and teamEnsure the work area is in compliance with the Health and TABC code at all times Being Part of the Team

Prefer one (1) or more years of serving experience in a high volume fine dining restaurantA valid TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certification may be required and must be obtained before entering this positionMust have an outgoing personality and hospitality driven attitudeMust be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a timeMust be polished, professional, friendly, dynamic and able to multitask PHYSICAL AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift.Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations.Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry objects as necessary.Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English.Must be able to work in a fast pace and high-volume environment in the presence of areas containing high noise levels, bright lights and dust and communicate during this time – sometimes within a small area.Must be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed, based upon business volumes.
