Host - Midlothian

The Host plays a critical role in providing a positive experience for customers for their onsite visits. They will work directly with the General Manager in the following role. Tasks:
Greeting customers as they walk into the restaurant Guiding guests to their table Giving guests accurate wait time estimates and seating them in the waiting area Providing customers with menus and answering any initial questions they may have Optimizing seating at different tables to ensure even workload for wait staff Answering phones and selling to go beer and food Qualifications:
Have worked as a host or in customer service for at least six months. Pay: $15 per hour plus tips
It is our intention and focus to brew classic styles of beer that feature our modern approach and process control. We seek the complex, but not by way of complication, and have long felt that less is often so much more. Our catalog of mostly approachable, elegant, and understated beers is both complimented and supported by the few deeply impressionable beers we brew. We've made the decision to play the long game, by staying true to what we believe beer is and should be.
