We are looking for a yard jockey to assist in moving and spotting equipment required to facilitate the needs of warehouses in organizing and processing material for shipment or storage. The responsibilities of a Yard Hostler include trailer sanitation, moving equipment, and conducting daily inspections.
*CDL not required* Hours: Monday - Friday
1st Shift
6:00 am - 3:30 pm
Duties Include: Shuttle-loaded trailers were returned to the facility with empty trailers to be reloaded.Move trailers of shells and return the empties to be loaded.Empties in the appropriate docks need to be loaded.Ensure all trailers that are put in the dock are properly locked.Keep the flow of loaded trailers removed from the dock and replaced by empties in order to avoid slowing down the loading process.Provide yard checks as needed for trailer inventory.Operate a forklift as needed.This role will be onsite driving a hostler truck Skills Must be 18+ years oldValid Driver's License Join us today!
