Responsibilities
• Overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring guest satisfaction• Managing and supervising hotel staff• Assisting with budgeting and financial management• Coordinating and overseeing the implementation of hotel policies and procedures• Handling guest complaints and resolving issues• Conducting regular inspections of rooms and facilities• Assisting with human resources functions• Collaborating with other departments for smooth operations• Providing leadership and guidance to the hotel team
Requirements
• Previous experience in hotel management or related field preferred• Strong organizational and multitasking skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management• Knowledge of front desk operations and reservation systems• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus• Familiarity with night audit procedures preferred• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply• Strong guest relations skills• Knowledge of human resources practices is a plus
