Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Agent
Salary/Shift: $20 Days/Swings: $22: Nights/Grave +10% commission

Responsibilities: Provide a warm welcome to our internal and external guests.
Provide guests with directions as needed.
Efficiently checking in/out guests, which involves retrieving the guest reservation, verifying special requests and accommodations, programming room keys, calculating room charges, making approved changes to guests accounts and collecting a form of payment for charges incurred.
Handle large amounts of currency accurately and efficiently.
Accurately taking and relaying guest requests to other departments such as Housekeeping, Engineering, Bell/Valet, VIP etc.
Properly handle guest mail.
Assist guest with any concerns that they may have and record such comments and concerns.
Answers the phone within three rings and with a smile.
Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications: High School Diploma preferred.
Experience preferred.
Must be friendly, approachable and team oriented.
Must have good communication skills.
Ability to work well with others and alone.
Must be able to stand and for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The incumbent in this position works on-site at the casino and interfaces with external/internal customers, Team Members, and vendors on a regular basis. The positions work schedule varies and may include Saturday/Sunday and evening work depending on the needs of the operation.
