This position offers a competitive salary of $12 - $14 hourly. As our Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, handling check-in/check-out processes, responding to inquiries, and resolving customer service issues. Additional responsibilities include handling cash, operating office equipment, and verifying guest payments. Your responsibilities will include:Greeting guests upon arrival and providing them with efficient check-in and check-out procedures.Answering phone calls from customers and delivering outstanding customer service.Handling reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking systems.Managing high-peak check-ins and maintaining a calm and organized front desk environment.Processing payments from customers in accordance with hotel regulations.Guaranteeing the accuracy of guest data, including profiles, bookings, invoices, etc.Monitoring and addressing guest feedback promptly and keeping management informed.Ensuring a seamless check-in process and creating an inviting environment that attracts guests.Handling cash transactions, operating office equipment, and verifying guest payments.This role requires a friendly and reliable individual with exceptional customer service skills, an ability to juggle multiple tasks, and a passion for providing stellar service.
