Since 1985, Seafield Center has helped people suffering from drug and alcohol addiction to begin the transforming journey to recovery.
From detox and inpatient rehabilitation, to outpatient treatment and sober living recovery homes, we provide those battling addiction with the roadmaps towards healing.
We are licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction Services & Supports and accredited by the Joint Commission.
$100 weekly + room & board MAIN FUNCTION:
- To assist with overseeing the operations of Seafield's Recovery Homes and to assure that each house maintains maximum occupancy.
- User role(s) information systems access as assigned, where applicable
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Will initiate process whereby resident makes application for housing and food substance.
Establish the daily schedule for residence.
Oversee resident's participation in required house activities.
Supervise either directly, or through subordinates, resident's timely departure and arrival for treatment at an outpatient facility.
Oversee the operation of the client government.
Maintain daily contact with Executive Director or designee, to apprise of developments, which properly should be called to their attention.
Regarding weekend visitation - Ascertains that resident has pass appropriately countersigned by Executive Director or designee.
At all times, will know where each resident is expected to be, i.e.
at treatment, free time and follow-up appointment.
Will complete inventory of supplies.
Either directly through subordinate will conduct urinalysis screening upon resident's return from a weekend pass.
Assures that residence is kept in a clean and orderly fashion.
Encourage residents to respect the facility.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS: House Staff & Population Management Knowledge of Seafield's Chain of Command Knowledge of House Rules Collect & keep accurate ledger of client rent receipts Maintain accurate house account EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
CRPA, CRPA-P, or CRPA Eligible preferred, minimum one-year house management experience.
Familiarity with twelve-step program and counseling background.
