House Manager - On Call

Job Title: House Manager - on call
Department: Fine & Performing Arts Center
Work Location: Main Campus
Duties: The Box Office Assistant carries out ticket sales and other transactions in person and by phone, is a point of reference for inquiries, and provides exceptional customer service. This position requires a flexible schedule since evening and weekend hours are required.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Qualifications: •High School diploma
•Supervisory skills
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel, etc.), Outlook email and internet
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•2+ years of strong customer service skills
•Motivated, self-directed; strong administrative and communication skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
•Ability to perform basic accounting tasks as associated with box office operations
•Be able to move quickly, including stairs, and be able to lift at least 20 lbs.
•Previous house management experience a plus Position Status: Part Time Temporary
Hours: On call position – hours will vary
Minimum Starting Rate: $14.00
Hourly/Salary: Hourly
