Job Description - House Supervisor RN-PRN (******** ) Spring View Hospital Description The role of the House Supervisor is to provide efficient supervision for patients age neonate (0-1 month); pediatric (1-12 years); adolescent (13-17 years); adult (18-65 years); and geriatric (over 65 years). The House Supervisor demonstrates knowledge, understanding and/or skills in personnel requirements; human resource policies, procedures, and processes; regulatory requirements; organizational structure; Hospital operations and Performance Improvement; and professional development. The House Supervisor has accountability for assigned areas requiring a presence on all shifts as needed.
Qualifications Current KY RN licensure and CPR required; BSN preferred. Must obtain ACLS certification within six months of hire. Incumbent must have a minimum of three years' clinical experience. Two years' management experience preferred. Must possess the ability to mentor staff to interact with patients, physicians, visitors, and coworkers in a manner that achieves very high satisfaction.
