We are currently seeking a Housekeeper!
Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of property buildings and grounds in a supportive role.
Responsibilities include:
+ Prepare vacant units for occupancy
+ Take responsibility for the daily upkeep of the clubhouse and common areas of property buildings
+ Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
+ Maintain the required property uniform and ensure a professional appearance and attitude at all times
+ Respond courteously and efficiently at all times
+ Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times
+ Maintain a thorough knowledge of management company policies and property community policies
Requirements:
+ Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
+ High level of customer service
+ Ability to follow directions and follow up to ensure completion of tasks
+ Housekeeping experience preferred

Compensation: Full- Time $16.50 to $18.50 per hour
