Responsibilities
• Ensure standardization and quality of work done by providing supervision• Order supplies and maintain cleanliness of lockers• Accurately report and document work areas• Conduct physical inventory of linen• Conduct daily briefings and meetings with Resort Services team members• Foster consistent levels of extraordinary customer service• Maintain effective communication with leadership and team members• Train and mentor team members• Work closely with Public Area and Uniform Control staff• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in evaluating new programs
Requirements
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent• Minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory role• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hotel/resort setting• Experience with Forbes Star and AAA Diamond standard is a plus• Bilingual in Spanish preferred• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office• Excellent customer service skills• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities• Strong leadership abilities and decision-making skills
