Housekeeping Attendant

This full-time hourly position pays between $15.50 and $17.50 per hour, plus benefits. The role is based in Taos, NM, at our esteemed property.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude when interacting with team members and guests.
- Strictly follow all safety and health regulations, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, balconies, and furnishings after check-out, paying close attention to high-touch surfaces such as light switches, remotes, and door handles.
- Promptly and professionally address any guest issues or concerns that may arise.
- Familiarize yourself with the names and properties of the cleaning chemicals used, in case guests inquire.
**Qualifications:**
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding cleanliness and service.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and courteous in all situations.
- Strong verbal communication abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods (8 hours or more).
- Ability to frequently lift, push, reach for, and carry items weighing 50 pounds or more.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
