Housekeeping Lead

Job Description:
The Housekeeping Lead keeps the community in a clean and sanitary condition, providing a healthy environment that contributes to the care and welfare of residents and guests.
Pay: $22-$23/hr Availability: Tuesday-Saturday What will I do every day? Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities Inspect associates work performance Schedule general cleaning before move-ins and after move-outsInvestigate complaints about service and equipment Arrange for services, such as painting, repair work, renovations etc.Interview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associatesRemain updated in changing in OSHA laws and/or other regulationsWhat will I need to be successful in this role? Bring a smile to work every dayHigh school graduate preferredSix months to one year of housekeeping experienceExperience working in a senior environment preferred Whats in it for me?
