Responsibilities
• Make arrangements or identify appropriate providers for guest requests• Respond to special requests from guests and ensure satisfaction• Provide information to guests about property and surrounding area amenities• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns• Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve guest issues• Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information• Monitor club lounge for guest seating availability, service, safety, and well-being• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager• Follow company policies and procedures, maintain professional appearance• Welcome and acknowledge all guests, assist individuals with disabilities• Speak with others using clear and professional language• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
