Our LeadLine Cooks (Cook 3) have in-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations. They are capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling. This person may be required to give direction in the supervisor'sabsence.

Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen
Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate culinary skills
Prepared to stand and walk majority of the shift.
