Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Front Office Team as a Front Office Supervisor! The Front Office Supervisor will support our multi-property cluster of Hyatt Hotels in downtown Seattle, comprised of Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle.
Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing
Front Office Supervisors lead the agents whom are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. The position offers an hourly rate range of $27.75 to $29.33. The starting hourly rate for this position is $27.75. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the position for four years, which is $28.31. For those Front Office Supervisors promoted to Lead, this position offers $28.75/hour, and for those Front Office Lead Supervisors who have remained in the position for four years, they are offered a rate of $29.33/hour.
