Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Maintenance Team as our General Maintenance Engineer . The General Maintenance Engineer will support " A Seattle Collection ", a multi-property cluster comprised of Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle.
The General Maintenance Engineer is responsible for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas. Guest room and public area entry-level preventative maintenance are included. A General Maintenance Engineer will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring some skills and experience in these areas, as well as good communication skills. Open availability is preferred.
The hourly rate for this position is $28.50. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who remain in the position for four years, which is $29.07.
