Responsibilities
• Patrol the property and assist guests with room access• Monitor security systems such as CCTV and alarms• Lock property entrances when necessary• Conduct daily physical hazard inspections• Respond to accidents and emergencies, administer first aid or contact EMS• Notify appropriate individuals of incidents• Defuse disturbances and call for assistance if needed• Complete incident reports• Resolve safety hazard situations• Escort unwelcome persons off the property• Report vehicle accidents/thefts• Maintain confidentiality of security reports and documents• Conduct investigations and interviews
Requirements
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures• Ability to respond to safety hazards and emergencies• Ability to communicate effectively and prepare written documents• Ability to develop positive working relationships and support team goals• Physical stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time• Ability to lift and carry objects• Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination• Ability to maneuver in various spaces and surfaces• Bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping abilities
